Step 1. Know how much will be financed from Third Party Lender (TPL) and CDC/SBA
​
Step 2. Estimates the interest rate for both TPL and CDC/SBA
​
Step 3. Type TPL's loan amount with the rate and make a note of monthly payment
​
Step 4. Type CDC/SBA's loan amount with the rate and make a note of monthly payment
​
Step 5. Add the number from Step 3 and Step 4. It will provide you a very close number to your monthly mortgage payment for SBA 504 loan.
